Hello,
how can we create a folder without naming it, meaning that when we create a new folder, even if we don't put anything, it still indicates "new folder"? My goal is to leave it unnamed.

to create a folder without a name:
right-click / rename
hold "alt" and type 0160 then press enter
there you go, with a nameless folder right-click / properties and change the icon to "empty" and the folder becomes invisible to the eye
how to delete it or make it visible, the icon is simple but the name
you have WinRAR
explore your PC with WinRAR and you will see all hidden files, even viruses and autorun (useful for checking your USB if you don't have antivirus).
if you see an icon of a nameless folder then rename it with WinRAR and there you go, the original folder is recovered, send it to the trash by right-clicking
this works on Vista.

For not 1210, if you do the post manipulation <2>, it should work, it's clear or else you're doing the manipulation wrong.
Are you holding down Alt when you type 0160?

Download Killbox: https://www.generation-nt.com/killbox-telechargement-25430.html
Double click on killbox.exe (Pocket Killbox)
- check: Standard file delete
Next to the empty bar, click on the little yellow folder.
- browse the tree structure to go to your folder
- click on the red cross
- a window will pop up for confirmation click on YES
- a second window asks if you want to restart click on YES
