Third-party cookies problems

I can’t log in to Google because I receive the message "third-party cookies are disabled" even though they are not disabled in Chrome’s Privacy and security settings?

I just realized that I didn’t mention the problem is on my cellphone and not on my PC.
The solution is probably different.
My phone is a Samsung S23FE Android.
