    Hello there,

    We may as well提醒 here that, on this forum as in "real" life, minimal basic politeness formulas (aside from the pre-printed "Hello") such as "Please" - "Thank you in advance" - "Kind regards" and any other variants in the same vein are greatly appreciated.

    And this for at least one good reason in addition to universal civility: the people who respond here are volunteers to whom a free service is requested.
