Hello,

Could you clarify how to copy multiple documents and then paste them all at once into a folder?

Thank you in advance, regards,

Hello,

They can be selected with the mouse or by right-clicking and CTRL up to the next document only if they are common to another folder; otherwise even the second method is not possible except by using a utility that stores successive copies in the clipboard.

Otherwise the most “simple” way is to use a Batch file that selects in the chosen source folders the files that, if applicable, have such a name type, extension, date... and copies them to the destination.

Hello,

What I said earlier is that it is difficult or even impossible to do it with files that are not both contiguous and in the same folder, because even assuming that the mentioned files are accessible in Windows Explorer and not already in a dedicated folder, they must not be located in different subfolders there.
