Software to open .scs

Hello,
I am looking for software to open .SCS files.
I tried using WinRAR but it won’t open them, and when I do manage to open one, it shows me strange characters like this:

    Hello.

    The .scs files are video game files; they are not meant to be read. You can possibly extract them using SCS EXTRACTOR.

    thank you for your feedback, I know these are game files, but when I try with scs extractor it does nothing at all.
