Blocking Instagram likes/follows

Hello, I have a problem with Instagram. I have a professional account where I showcase my work as an artist. Two weeks ago, I liked too many posts and received a one-week (?) ban on likes; the question mark is there because it’s not stated anywhere... I saw at one point that I could like again. Since then, I’ve followed fewer than 10 new accounts in 2 days, and I’ve been hit with a ban on following accounts. I don’t understand anything anymore; I've tried to contact Instagram at least 6 or 7 times without a response (it's quite shameful that such an important service doesn't have proper user support, especially for professionals). Every time I check the status of my account, it tells me that there are no restrictions on any Instagram functions...
What is going on? What are the like/follow limits per day/hour (??) on Instagram?
What can I do to unblock this? It’s starting to get frustrating.

Hello,
Instagram does what it wants on its own servers and it's the same for everyone; there's no miracle in this area. When it comes to the Instagram algorithm, only it can lift this restriction, whether it's one (or several restrictions…). For the future and for your peace of mind, the only option in this matter is to comply with the terms of use.

The only thing you'll achieve by creating accounts left and right is a permanent ban.
