SQL Server Express 2017 cannot be installed on Windows 11

Hello

I need to install Batigest on Windows 11 Pro, but it's impossible due to SQL Server Express 2017 not installing.

I'm trying to install SQL, but here come some error messages like:

- Failed waiting for the database engine recovery handle,

- Full-text extraction and semantic extraction, Python, R, Machine Learning Service (in the database), Database Engine Services, and SQL Server Replication
