No more IPTV sound

Hello,

For some time now, I haven't had any sound when I use live TV, movies, or series via IPTV on my television. What I don't understand is that it works on my phone.

I tried using the app that's directly on my TV and the same with an external box, and it still doesn't work.. can someone please help me, thank you.
