I think that the person could have figured it out by themselves, and Snap doesn't specify. Anyway, the killjoys. To respond, it just means that the person was online recently.
Yes, but recently, how long has it been?
Hello
A while, like the cooling of a cannon.
And just like people often enjoy doing, one can be face to face at a table and talk to each other while sending messages to realize that the result is rather random, that the 2 devices can "achieve" what should be displayed at different speeds, and plenty of other quirks.
So it's a "gadget," whose behavior could change from one moment to another, as easily and as often as updates might do.
If Bibob replies to you, don't forget to ask him if his answer pertains to before or after the last update, or the last "outage" on the network... or on servers that are not always all synchronized, which probably prevents platforms from answering once and for all to this kind of question, not to mention the multitude of settings that everyone could adjust between 2 responses on this forum.
