    On Mac, it's the Option key we're talking about. The one with the switch symbol (some called it the frying pan), which also usually has the alt label to please Windows users. If needed, you can always check all this by displaying the Keyboard Viewer...

    So, to speak Mac, it's the combination of Shift Option L that you need.
