Win64 malware générique

Hello, while trying to download Illustrator for free via a YouTube link, I ended up infected with win64 malware gen.
My antivirus Avast detected the virus and offered to quarantine the potentially infected files (which I did).
Then I downloaded Malwarebytes to scan again, resulting in another file being quarantined. After that, I deleted all the files quarantined by Avast and Malwarebytes and updated my PC.
I would like to know if I have finally gotten rid of this virus or if I still need to take further actions? I would also like to know if I did the right thing by deleting all the quarantined files and if I need to reset my PC to zero?

Hello.
Download FRST once downloaded save it on the desktop then right-click on FRST and choose Run as administrator you will have this:
Click on Scan
Warning, wait for the messages saying that the scan is finished to appear.
At the end of the scan, you will have two text files on the desktop FRST and Addition.
Then send the FRST and ADDITION reports to PJJOINT and then give the two links generated by PJJOINT in your reply.
