Does orange tv work on linux

Hello,

I would like to know if a Linux Ubuntu program; Xubuntu or another one could give access to Orange TV (I am subscribed to Orange and TV) for a PC running Windows 8.1 but that has image stability issues under Windows 10 22H2.
