Hello, I was charged €59 without being notified. How can I cancel my subscription? I don't use your software and I can't find how to terminate it. Thank you in advance for your response, hoping it will be clear to resolve this issue. Thank you.

    Wrong interlocutor because we don't sell anything. Besides, mpsy doesn't exist.

      Hello,

      To cancel, simply disable auto-renewal in the dashboard of your account. Or you can request it via chat. That's how I proceeded and I received the confirmation email for the deactivation.
