Insert date picker in Excel 2019

Hello,
I want to insert a date picker in my Excel table (2019 version).
For that, I have researched it online.

1) First attempt:
I tried in the Developer tab>Insert>More Controls, but I can't find the date control in the list...
Do you have a solution to suggest?

2) Second attempt:
I went to the Data tab>Data Validation>Date, but at that moment, it offers me "is equal to", "is greater than", etc., instead of "is correct". However, I don't want to input a specific date value. It will be when the picker is set that the user can enter any date using the selector.

Do you have a solution to suggest?
