Hello,

I am looking for the installation CD for my Heden camera.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 98.0.4758.102

    It's a person who gave me 2 HEDEN brand cameras. I had to buy the power supplies. I managed to get them working on my PC. I found a software that found the IP addresses, but I'm going through the browser, and I would like them to work from my phone. If you could give me a hand with programming them, thanks.

    "I would like it to work from my phone": There you need to install an app on your phone, like the one we install for monitoring your home, for example.

    I installed the Visioncam HD or Visioncam Heden app, but it's not working. If I can't find it, I'll look into buying one to get the CD.

    Yet, on a manufacturer's site, we should have a manual or something like that, right? No?

    Already the Heden site is down, error 504. I downloaded the manual in PDF to install it, it says to insert the CD to get the driver and the software. I will look if I can make a sacrifice to buy one; they are not too expensive.
