Camera installation CD search

Hi Pierre,
Did it "fall off the truck"?
Did the seller not give you the documents?
Is it a surveillance camera?
Can you be a bit clearer? Brand/model, connection where?

Happiness is the only thing we can give without having it.

It's a person who gave me 2 HEDEN brand cameras. I had to buy the power supplies. I managed to get them working on my PC. I found a software that found the IP addresses, but I'm going through the browser, and I would like them to work from my phone. If you could give me a hand with programming them, thanks.

Hi Pierre,
"I managed to get them to work on my PC": it's not really my area, but I assume you installed an app for that?
"I found a software that found the IP addresses for me, but I'm going through the browser": So far, that's normal.
"I would like it to work from my phone": There you need to install an app on your phone, like the one we install for monitoring your home, for example.
Best regards!

Here are the cameras I have

I installed the Visioncam HD or Visioncam Heden app, but it's not working. If I can't find it, I'll look into buying one to get the CD.

Hello,
"I installed a visioncam hd app": I assume you did it on your phone?
Didn't you see any instructions on this site?
Yet, on a manufacturer's site, we should have a manual or something like that, right? No?
Best regards!

Already the Heden site is down, error 504. I downloaded the manual in PDF to install it, it says to insert the CD to get the driver and the software. I will look if I can make a sacrifice to buy one; they are not too expensive.
