Micro (BIRD UM-1) detected plus

Initially, my microphone had no issues, and now no matter how much I reconnect it, change ports, update the drivers, clean the connectors, it’s as if my microphone doesn’t exist anymore when I plug it in. There’s the connection sound, but nothing else; that’s the only sign that I have a microphone. Please, I need help...

    Good evening,
    Have you tried this:
    Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Sound -> click on manage audio devices -> click on the "Recording" tab -> select your microphone instead of the PC's microphone and then OK

    I just tried, but my microphone doesn't show up; there is a microphone that appears but it is considered disconnected. Thank you anyway.
