Hello, I would like to know why I can no longer access the family space when I go on the ecole direct app. I get this message . Thank you.

      Hello, I can log in, but then I can't switch from the student account to the family account. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but nothing works????. Thanks anyway.

    it seems they have released a fix. I also had the same issue but now it works.
