Launching PyCharm

Hello, I am a student, yesterday I installed Python3 and the community version of PyCharm on macOS Catalina (version 10.15.7). Then to launch PyCharm, I click on the app icon, a window appears informing me that the app comes from the internet and asks if I'm okay to open PyCharm.
So far, nothing unusual. However, once I press open, nothing happens; PyCharm stays in the dock of my Mac but doesn’t open, even after a restart...
Do you have an answer to my problem?

Hello,

Try launching PyCharm from a terminal and report any error messages that appear.
