Desynchronize 2 Android devices?

I would like to remove the synchronization between my Android phone and my company’s Android phone. How can I do that?

    I agreed to sync the devices because it allowed me to recover lost contacts after losing my phone. But now, on each device, we can switch from one Google account to another, which means having access to messages received on the other device, which can be problematic...

      you just need to delete the Google account that bothers you.
