The backlight on my Omen 15 is not working.

Hello, my Omen 15 with RGB function, I can't configure the backlight. I've watched videos, and in the videos, they display a kind of mockup like a mini PC that doesn't show up for me in Omen Light Studio. Please let me know why it's doing this.

    same for me, it's not possible to adjust the colors of the keyboard
    the PC is missing on the grid, we can only choose the areas in a box and name them, that's it
    I think the problem is that it's not finished, it's a beta
    if you've found a solution, I'm all ears

        Hello, I have an HP Omen Ryzen 7 4800H, GTX 1660ti with 6GB of dedicated memory,
        how do you know if your keyboard is compatible (if it can change color)?

    Hi,

    Thank you, I just saw that my PC doesn't have an "RGB" keyboard but just backlit.
    Some OMEN PCs in the $900-$1200 range have it, but not a PC that costs $2200... Super logical from OMEN!

      How did you see that your keyboard was only backlit and not RGB?? In the settings??
