Hello,
It doesn't serve the same purpose. Flash Player is used in the browser to play videos provided (or active files, like games) on a website. So those, at last those that are still updated, should change their way of operating (for example by switching to html5).
Quick flash player is a player for .swf files, so files that we have on our PC.
