Access the hidden menu

Hello! My Samsung Series 6 42-inch TV turns off and on by itself. I can't access the secret menu using the procedure: Info + Menu + Mute + Power. Thank you for your assistance.

    Hello,
    Beware of the hidden menu.
    You can try holding down the "exit" button for more than ten seconds.
    -Go to advanced settings; I have a dropdown menu, but otherwise
    -Press the 0 button four times in a row.
    -There you will have access to all the other settings. Go to Adjust (second column) then to WatchDog... and set it to OFF.

    If that doesn't work, it might also be a Samsung issue; it could be the manual buttons that are malfunctioning:
