Forgot limited profile code

I have a TCL U55C7006
I have forgotten my limited profile code.
Can I get a solution to unlock it?
I have already tried several codes including 0423 and others provided by the manufacturer for factory settings. But it doesn't work.

    thank you for your reply.
    The issue in my case is that the TV quickly goes into limit profile mode, so I didn’t have access to the factory reset menu.
    So I had to download an update from the TCL website, and after many attempts, I was able to access the menu (about - storage and reset - reset). I had to act fast because when I confirmed the choice, I saw the limit profile active message appear.
    Note.. the code 0423 does not unlock the limit profile.

    Advice to all TCL brand owners: make sure to memorize your password; otherwise, it’s a real hassle.

    contact customer service as the code 0423 is the super password normally.
