My Bernette Chicago 7 machine does not recognize my USB flash drive. I saved a document with the .art80 extension, and when I insert my USB flash drive, the machine prompts me to insert a USB flash drive. Why

Make sure the key is functional by using it on your computer. If it works on your computer but not on your Bernette, try not fully inserting it, as some machines may be dysfunctional.

Hello My software saves my file with the art80 extension, but the machine only recognizes the exp extension. How can I convert the art80 extension to exp?
