How to delete game backups on Steam? (Warface)

Hello,

I would like to delete the backups of an online game on Steam to start "from scratch", but I don't know how to do it and which files to delete.
The game in question is Warface (I mainly want to lose my ranks and restart the game this way to play with my friends who just installed the game).
I have already searched for solutions on various forums, but I haven't found any recent ones that could address my request.

    if it's a multiplayer game it's not possible it's saved on the game servers
