How to dismiss (hide) the keyboard on an iPhone Apple 6?

Hello.
I'm new and have a question.
So, I'm in a bit of a bind because I can't submit a message (a reply to a question on a website) on my iPhone 6. Once I've written it, the keyboard stays up and I can't see the "submit" (or "confirm", or "ok", or "continue", whatever) option.
So there’s no way to make it slide down to access that option!
How can I make it "slide down"?
(There's no "keyboard" button at the bottom right.)
