Hello everyone in the CCM community.
I am facing a problem at my current position (logistics & labeling assistant),
the workload assigned to me is insufficient to fill an entire day. The relationship with my manager is great.
I have already let him know several times indirectly, "I have finished all the ongoing files."
But each time I do get more files, but not any real daily tasks, and I feel awkward asking him every day.
I am therefore reaching out to everyone who has a lot of experience in the working world and asking you this question: what should I do?
