Adobe very slow

Hello, I actually have a little problem with Adobe Suite. When opening a file, the PC is very, very slow and takes several minutes before the visual appears! I have another PC on the same domain and with the same configuration that displays it in about ten seconds. In the Task Manager, it doesn't even use half of the resources it has. I tried increasing the RAM allocated to Adobe and clearing the cache, but nothing works...

    A domain with a VLAN? Multiple? Etc.
    Is the PC slow with other files on the domain?

    If you copy the same file locally, is it faster?
    This type of test is the first to perform and will already help you determine whether it's the machine managing differently or if it's the access to the domain that's causing the problem.
