My game won't launch, "preparation in progress..."

Hello,
I bought myself a new game on my PS4. The Skyrim Special Edition.
However, when I inserted it for the first time to install it on my PS4, it remains on "preparing..." at 0%. And it hasn't progressed since...

I did the new update, I installed other games and they are working.

So if someone has an answer, that would be super cool.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 79.0.3945.79

    Remove the download request and then start again.
