Hello

I bought a BOSE SoundTouch 30/20 speaker and a wired (dual mic) lapel microphone.

I thought I could connect the mic via a jack to the auxiliary input of the speaker, but it doesn't work! Why?

    evening

    because

The AUX IN input allows you to connect your system to the audio output of a
smartphone, tablet, computer, or any other type of audio player.
The AUX IN connector receives a 3.5 mm stereo mini-jack (not included).

    page 22 of the manual

with a mic it doesn't work directly

    ciao ciao

      Thank you for your reply
So how should we proceed? Is it impossible?

it is necessary to insert a preamp between the microphone and the speaker

what type of connector is at the end of the microphone cable
        mono or stereo?

what is the model and the brand

        thank you
        see you later
