How to create a superscript in Google Docs?

Hello,

I would like to know how to insert a superscript in Google Docs. I have looked in the features but couldn't find it. If someone could respond, that would be super nice!

Hello,

At my place, it's the path Format > Text > Superscript to get something like x² or y³.

I can't figure out how to do powers of 10 in a fraction.
Is it possible with Google's equation editor?
