Hello, my boyfriend has a Huawei P20 Pro and there is always a page that opens by itself with big letters saying "new tag added" and below it says "empty tag" ???

How do we stop this please, thanks

    It's because her phone is next to a magnetic card, so the phone picks up the NFC signal.
