I am transferring my question to the right section
Hello
I need to display the modification date of hundreds of cells in a column in the right column next to each relevant cell.
Is there a function that displays the modification date (and time if possible) of the cell on the left?
Thank you in advance

Hello Cmoi2025
After some research on the subject, I found an Excel file and reproduced the settings on a Google Sheets spreadsheet, and it seems to be working; see the image below.
However, there is no automatic change when modifying cell A; you have to delete it before entering a new value.
Best regards-

Hello Cmoi2025
I don't know how to do it either from the cell history.
However, by clicking on the underlined mention "last modified ....", it opens the version history, and by clicking on each created date, it highlights the corresponding cell. You have the option, by clicking on the three dots on the right, to name each version as you wish or to create a copy of the version in your drive.
I haven't found anything else.
Best regards.

No : The system logs the creation, last print, and last modification times of the entire file !
Not of a sheet, a line, or even less a cell ...
