Good evening, how are you?

I have a serious problem with my 1TB external hard drive. When I connect it to Windows or Linux, it is not recognized (it does not appear in the disk area).
Under Windows, I launched diskpart and ran list disk; it appears but it shows 0 bytes. I then selected the disk and ran recover, and diskpart indicates that the disk is not initialized.
Please help me, I have very important data on my disk!

In Disk Management, the disk appears but is labeled as unknown and not initialized. I am asked to initialize the disk and given two options: Master Boot Record and GPT partition.
