Hello,
I have a problem. I go to my gallery or I create a snap, I add the snap to my story and the snap is surrounded by red, with the message "unable to add 1 snap."

      Another quick question, I received an email from the Snapchat team saying that someone logged into my account with a phone of the same brand as mine, Samsung S7, and from a village not far from mine. The email supposedly contains the hacker's IP address. Is it a fraudulent email?
