Freeze a cell in Google Sheets

Hello,

I would like to know how to freeze a cell in Google Sheets, particularly the time, because every time I open my spreadsheet, the current date and time automatically displays, causing me to lose the dates and times I had previously entered. Since this is an intervention tracking sheet, I need the previous dates to remain fixed and not change.

    Hello,

    You put this information on the first line of your table and then go to:
    View > Freeze > 1 row

      It's not possible to freeze just one cell, like cell A10, and not the row or the column.
