Create a room occupancy schedule in Excel

I see drop-down menus but I don't know where the source is to modify the room categories
I don't know where to enter the data first so that it carries over to the other sheets!
It's in these moments that we "think" we master Excel! Hahaha!

It's not easy! I have several booking sources (Booking, trekking, phone call, email, FB messenger).
I have several categories of rooms (5 categories for 11 rooms: Double with shared bathroom, Twin with shared bathroom, Triple with shared bathroom, Double with private bathroom, Triple with private bathroom) and reservations under one person's name but for multiple rooms that I can't enter into this table. But it made me think about clearly distinguishing the different types of clientele (adults, children under 12, children under 3, guests).
Not easy alone in front of the screen. It's exactly what I need, I'm not far from understanding but I'm struggling... come on... I'll get back to it...
