Create a room occupancy schedule in Excel

Hello,

I am allowed to ask the question on this forum.
We are going to open a lodge and I would like to create an Excel document with room occupancy, but there is indeed a lot of information that overlaps between the reservation name and the payment method, check-in check-out...

Can someone point me to good tutorials or a good free template online?
