    No! No! No! It's not crypto!

    These are mathematical symbols: membership, equivalence, and union symbols (used in algebra in set theory).
    This means:
    in the 1st brace: MM belongs to ED and ED belongs to MM
    between the two braces the equivalence symbol
    in the 2nd brace: ED united with MM and MM united with ED

    Below there are symbols that I don't quite understand: maybe an infinite number next to Thousand (spelling mistake: thousand is invariable).

    Your husband ...I can't decipher that (maybe: loves you)

    We are approaching Valentine's Day: it's current!
