when I launch a Roblox game, it says <<server connection="" error=""> 17 attempts)>> on all games and I've tried everything. PS sorry for the mistakes.</server>

Hello,
my son has a rather similar problem because when he tries to log in, he gets a message that says, "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again." This has been going on for several days and it's incomprehensible since his friends are able to log in.
