Unable to upload my photos on Le Bon Coin

Hello,

I’m not exceptionally skilled in IT, but I’m gradually getting into it.
I want to sell my apartment on Leboncoin. I don't want to go through an agency for the moment because I'm not in a hurry. The problem is that just to add my real estate ad on their site, I'm encountering an issue.

When I go to their site and click on "post an ad," I fill out the form with my title, etc... And when I want to add photos of my apartment, I click on the camera icon and select my photo. It loads... it loads, and ultimately there’s an icon that isn’t my photo displayed, and in another photo slot, there’s a circle that keeps spinning without stopping. So there’s no trace of my photos.

So, there’s one photo that keeps loading, and the other displays an icon that isn’t my photo.
I’ve tried three times, but each time I’m unable to add my photos.

Do you know what I can do, please?

Additionally, if you have any advice on how to avoid scams via Le Bon Coin or recommendations for selling real estate via this site (as a private individual), I would love to hear your thoughts.

Thank you very much for your help because I'm stuck here.

Hi

What web browser do you use?
Have you tried adding your photos through another browser? There are quite a few (and they're free): Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, etc.
Aren't your photos too large?

Otherwise, you can certainly contact the team at Le Bon Coin to let them know that it isn't working.

To help you with your property sale, there are plenty of resources available for free on the Internet.
For example, you can search on YouTube; there are many people making videos on the subject.

One among many: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZBA1cP65lE

Otherwise, you also have advice here: https://reussir.immo/vendre/conseils-vendre/10-conseils-vendre-bien-immobilier-leboncoin/

So actually, I think you need to address all the questions a potential buyer might have. And take photos of your apartment that make it appealing. After... I'm far from being an expert. But do a search on Google and you'll find tons of information.

As for scams, it's a bit of common sense. Avoid giving money upfront, especially if you're the one selling a property already.
