Good evening, I have 71 clients in my software. When I try to add a new one, it says: "An existing record already exists with this information: (client (00069. the name.code (third party) cl00069)
while the 69 is already assigned to a different client. The software keeps reverting to the same number.
Can anyone help me?

Hello Anacyr,

In the Settings Company > Numbering > Others, you have the client code that will be assigned for the next document created. Check if it is not "blocked" on cl00069. If necessary, modify it here.
