Hello,
I'm having trouble with the Notification Mail software from Orange.
The icon (small open envelope) located at the bottom right in the taskbar is supposed to indicate the presence of messages that have arrived and are unread. When these are read, deleted, or transferred to Outlook, clicking on the icon allows you to "refresh" it by changing the icon from a full mailbox to an empty mailbox (from an open envelope to a closed envelope).
However, here's the bug: my inbox being empty, the icon still indicates messages (the last one or ones received and read, deleted, or transferred to Outlook) and the refresh operation does not work.
I went on the Orange e-chat, and at their request, I performed various operations:
- Quit Notification Mail and come back
- Quit Windows and come back
- Uninstall Notification Mail and reinstall it
All without result.
I am on Windows 10.
Thank you in advance for your help.
