Numericable WIFI issue

Hello everyone,
For the past few days, I've been having issues with my internet; I could connect, but it wasn't working. After waiting until today and calling Numericable, they told me there were no issues, and indeed, the connection was back.
However, in the meantime, I managed to go to the site 168.192.1.1 and tried to disable the wifi, which worked. The problem now is that I have nothing at all, and I don't have an Ethernet port on my computer.
So how can I restore the wifi since the site doesn't work because I'm not connected to the box?
