Bug in the Candy Crush Soda game

Hello,

I am at level 1266 and my quests have been stuck for several weeks. I have two tablets, they are both at the same level, but one has quests and the other does not. Why is one stuck with the message "new quest in 96 hours"? How can I unblock it?

Good evening,

Because the date on this tablet was changed at some point.
So set the date on your tablet forward by 5 days, then launch Candy Crush and check that the level is unlocked, then close the game and set the correct date again.
Everything should be back to normal.
