PC problem model expo boulanger

Hello,
I have a quick question to ask you. I bought this gaming PC model last week:

And I’m facing some issues, for example, on the Windows 10 side I can’t open notifications and the Windows key menu at times, for example after one or two hours of gaming; a moment during two consecutive days Steam lags as much as possible. And for 2 to 3 days now the PC makes a noise that it only makes at startup and shutdown, a small click. I don’t know if it comes from the hard drive; the noise isn’t regular and can happen in 30 minutes as in 1 hour or 1 hour 30. I still have 5 days to exchange the PC; I’d like your opinion to know if it’s worth going to the store to get another one, this time new, and I asked if this brand is worth it: https://m.boulanger.com/ref/8003453
