Hello,
For the past few days, I have been experiencing the following issue: I am unable to upload files online, except for very small files (a few kilobytes).
Whether it's as attachments in my email or uploading directly to a site (Facebook or a job placement site), the upload starts and remains perpetually loading without completing. This happens regardless of the browser (Explorer, Firefox, etc.).
I want to specify that I only have this problem in one direction. I have no issues downloading files to my computer, regardless of their size.
According to Avast and Malwarebytes, I have no virus or malware issues. The firewall settings seem unchanged. I can't figure out where the problem lies.
Another point: I have this problem on my desktop, but not on my laptop. I deduce that the problem does not come from the internet connection.
Does anyone have an idea? Thanks in advance!

Hello,
A first test: Try temporarily disabling the antivirus.
A second test: Still do an Internet speed test on a dedicated site (just to verify)
A third test: Maybe try a system restore to an earlier date (before the issue appeared)
I imagine you have tried restarting the router (box) and PC.
Thank you for your feedback.
