When I turn on my phone, I see an Android logo lying down with a black exclamation mark on a red background with the message 'No command', then nothing happens, it's stuck, help.

    Press the power button, and at the same time, press the volume up button, then keep holding the volume up button but release the power button. Afterwards, a menu will appear with the volume buttons, select the lowest line (press volume down until you reach the line and confirm with volume up). The device will then restart (it may take some time as it resets everything) and you'll be back to the original configuration.

    Good evening lapolitesseavanttout.

    I followed the instructions you gave me, but nothing has changed; I still have Android stuck with the exclamation point and (no command) and I'm forced to remove the battery to turn off the device.
