Hotmail without a Microsoft account

Hello,

I can't log into a hotmail address without logging into a microsoft account. Please help me :'(

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 55.0.2883.87

to sign in with your hotmail email address and password.
--> it will work as long as this account was created not too long ago...

When we talk about a Microsoft account, it actually refers to an OUTLOOK, HOTMAIL, or SKYPE account... or even a WINDOWS PHONE... so what's the problem?

The problem is that some people have an email address on Hotmail but do not have a Microsoft account. On Windows 7 and earlier versions, a Microsoft account is not necessary. When changing PCs, it becomes impossible to access their emails without creating a Microsoft account.
For Skype, there is the app (which works with a Microsoft account) or the software to download that does not require a Microsoft account.
