Hello,

Following an incident with the W10 Anniversary update, MS support ended up reinstalling W10 on my EasyNote TE 11HC laptop. Everything seems to be working except for an oversensitivity issue with the external Logitech mouse and I can’t reinstall the wireless mouse. In the device manager, there are two yellow triangles and it’s impossible to update or install the drivers (unknown) for the base devices. Originally, this laptop was running W8. Is it possible to find the old drivers? I don't see the base system drivers on the PB site: The device PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_16BE&SUBSYS_06471025&REV_10\4&b3293e0&0&02E0 requires the installation to be continued. Thank you for your help.

    Good evening,
Go to this site, install the agent and then run a detection. Once the detection is complete, you will have the list of drivers that are not up to date by clicking on the My Drivers tab.
