PC won't turn on, LED always on

Hello, I have a huge problem. Last night when I wanted to turn off my computer, everything was fine. However, the next morning, I pressed the power button, but nothing happens. On the other hand, the power LED is still on (it's green)
Can you please help me? I don't know much about computers ... Thank you!
I hope to get some answers as soon as possible.

    Good evening,

    if you have a laptop

    Remove the battery
    unplug the power supply
    hold down the power button for at least 30 seconds without releasing
    put the battery back
    reconnect to the mains
    press the power button to restart
